Arabella is the curated activity marketplace for Arabella Hotel, Golf & Spa. Guests plan their stay here — building an itinerary of tastings, tours, water sports and days out before they even arrive. Approved partners appear alongside the estate's own experiences, with bookings, manifests and payouts handled for you.
Clear commission
A flat 15% commission on the guest price, invoiced with VAT. You keep the rest — no listing fee, no monthly charge, no cost to apply.
Vetted, not crowded
Every partner is approved by the hotel and must keep insurance and certifications current. Guests see a short, trusted list — not an endless directory.
Paid weekly
Bookings are collected centrally and remitted to your business account on a weekly payout run, with a remittance advice for every cycle.
How it works

Apply as a vendor
Create your account and complete the guided application — business details, registration, insurance, banking, B-BBEE and three to five contactable references from the hospitality industry.

Arabella reviews you
The hotel approves your business, or sends written notes for you to action and resubmit. Nothing goes live before this step.

Load your experience
Once approved, load the activity: price, times, capacity, transport, what's included. Submit it and Arabella reviews it the same way — approve or notes back to you.

Sign the MOU
On approval, the Memorandum of Understanding auto-populates with your details. You sign digitally, Arabella counter-signs, and both sides receive the executed PDF.

Go live and get paid
Your experience appears on the guest itinerary builder. Bookings, manifests and payouts run through your vendor dashboard.
What Arabella looks for
Have these ready before you start — the application takes about fifteen minutes with them to hand, and you can dictate most answers instead of typing.
- Registered business with a valid registration number
- Public liability cover — and passenger liability if you transport guests
- Guide certifications, first aid, skipper's licence or PDP where relevant
- Door-to-door transport of your own, or use of Loots' Golf & Tours, our preferred logistics partner
- Three to five contactable customer references
- A track record of serving hotels, lodges or the wider hospitality trade
- Bank account in the registered business name, with proof of banking
